SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH HAM

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup chopped cooked ham or cooked meat of your choice
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil  or oil of  your choice.
Beat the eggs, then add milk.Heat the oil in a pan. Add the egg mixture and scramble the eggs then add ham.Cook until fully cooked. Remove from heat and serve hot.

*For a dinner meal, try adding chicken or seasoned thoroughly cooked ground meat or veggies.
